What is the upfront cost to get started?
The upfront cost depends on your project (size of the site, number of access points, type of internet connection). Request a free quote to get a tailored estimate. In general, the return on investment takes 3 to 6 months.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Our captive portals accept every major payment method in Africa: Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, Wave), as well as Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Transactions are secure and instant.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support and monthly preventive maintenance. Our team steps in quickly whenever an issue arises, to keep your network as available as possible. Maintenance is included in some of our plans.
Can I manage several sites?
Absolutely! Our platform lets you manage several sites from a single dashboard. You can track statistics and revenue, and set up different promotions for each site, all from one place.
How long does the installation take?
Once the quote is accepted and the equipment ordered, the full installation usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks. That covers the physical installation, the network configuration, testing and your training on the platform.
