How credits are consumed

One credit per text
Every text message the agent receives or sends consumes one credit.
Two credits per image
Every image analysis consumes two credits, whichever search mode is used.
1.5 credits per audio
Transcribing and analysing a voice message consumes one and a half credits.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 200 free credits, with no credit card. You can test the agent, teach it your catalogue and let it answer customers before paying anything.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Extra credits are billed as you use them: $0.01 per credit on the Pro plan and $0.008 on the Business plan. The Free plan has no billed overage.
How does the duration discount work?
Paying 6 months upfront gives 20% off, and paying for a year gives 25% off. The discount applies to the total, and the monthly price shown already accounts for it.
Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. Payments are accepted by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) as well as Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money.
